This is a deal breaker for me on anything except for a production server. The odd thing is that ruby-debug-base throws an error instead of mongrel_proctitle throwing an error. Unfortunately, I haven't had an opportunity to track down the source of the error, but as soon as I remove this plugin, ruby-debug begins working again. So, I am certain they conflict.
